This is the house Jack built for himself to live in. The house is loaded with extras throughout. There’s a kitchen, a formal dining room, and a breakfast nook. There’s an octagon part of the split living room surrounded by arches and roman scroll columns with a chair rail, and in the center is a crystal chandelier hanging from a 16 foot ceiling. The rest of the living room has rounded corners, a cathedral ceiling and is pre-wired for a 7.1 surround system with extra wiring for speakers for the master bath room, back porch, front porch, breakfast nook, master bedroom and garages. The master bedroom is also pre-wired for a 5.1 surround system and has a tray ceiling. The master bath has a 5 foot by 8 foot shower that has two separate shower heads with volume control faucets for personal temperature control. All this is behind a glass block entrance wall. There’s also a double whirlpool tub with tile on the floors and walls of tub and the shower with raised panel oak cabinets and Corian countertops. There’s a place pre-wired for your TV to relax after a long day. The master bath has its own hot water heater with a timer to reduce electricity use. The master closet size is 11 foot by 17 foot with a center wall with built-in shoe racks. The formal dining room has a trey ceiling starting at 9 foot walls with a bay window offset with chair railing, crystal chandelier and wood flooring and rounded corners with an archway to the kitchen where you will find oak raised panel cabinets, Corian counter tops and a GE Profile solid surface range, dishwasher, built-in convection microwave oven. All these appliances are black and stainless steel. There is under cabinet lighting along with a large walk-in pantry all sitting on wood floors. At the end of the driveway there is an office with a separate entrance and a 1/2 bath for the home business people. And before you get to the office you will pass a 5 CAR garage. The first 2 car garage is insulated for the hobbyist, the other 2 car garage is the garage entrance to the house, the single car garage has an 8 foot garage door where the others are 7 foot. All the garage doors are insulated and have separate Genie openers. The house is total electric with a 5 ton Goodman 16 seer heat pump with 3 return air ducts to keep the rooms at an equal temperature. There is a four setting per day thermostat to keep power bills at a minimum. There is a 400 amp service to the house The exterior is Hardie Plank with a 50 year warranty because it is a concrete board. The house is on a 150 foot deep well with a built in timer for the sprinkler system and a fertilizer irrigation pump that evenly fertilizes the whole yard as well as plants every time you water if you like. The back yard has a wood privacy fence around it and the screened in back porch has been pre-wired for hot tub and a back deck that is made out of wood frame & (Trex) floor
